1. Who we are

2. What we collect

We do not ask for payment details or sensitive information through this site. Please do not put things like health details or ID numbers in the contact form or in your messages.

• Details you give us: the contact form opens WhatsApp with a message that contains your name, your email or phone number, your business and industry, and what you would like help with. We receive that message only if you press send. We also keep whatever you send us by email, WhatsApp or phone.
• Technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider records technical details such as your IP address, browser, device and the pages you visit. If we switch on analytics, it records how visitors use the site.

3. How we use it

We do not sell your personal information.

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a plan or proposal for you.
• To understand which pages are useful and to improve the website.
• To keep the website secure and to prevent spam and misuse.
• To meet our legal obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that help us run the website and talk to you, and only as needed for that purpose:

• Our website hosting provider (for example Vercel).
• WhatsApp (Meta) and our email provider (Gmail), which carry the messages you send us. Their own privacy policies apply to what you do on their services.
• Google, if we use Google Analytics to measure visits.
• Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn, if you follow us or play our videos there.
• Government or law-enforcement bodies, where the law requires it.

5. Cookies, analytics and embedded videos

This website does not use advertising cookies. If we use analytics, it may set cookies to count visits, and you can block cookies in your browser settings.

Videos from Instagram and YouTube load only when you click to play them. Those services may then set their own cookies and collect information, under their own policies.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details, including WhatsApp conversations, for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep reasonable business records.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it for a purpose you agreed to. These rights are in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, to the extent it applies to us.
